After Cloud is an award winning mobile app that assist individuals to capture their life story as 'moments' and then share those moments with those you hold dear, both now and in the future. Our passion is to ensure that your own journey, thoughts, milestones, important information and rich family history is not lost or forgotten and is retained for future generations. More importantly, After Cloud provides you with a safe personal space to express your thoughts and wishes in whatever manner you choose.

I was introduced to After Cloud by another organisation, is this correct?

Yes, we work with carefully selected partners and trusted organisations, who offer After Cloud as part of their portfolio of products and services.

Is my account and data safe and secure?

Absolutely, we take the security and privacy of your data very seriously. We use Amazon Web Services as our hosting platform and have military grade security. All of your data is protected in transit and at rest with 256-bit AES encryption and 2048-bit certificates. After Cloud is also registered with the Information Commissioners Office and we are fully GDPR compliant, which means we abide by strict governing rules for data handling, protecting, and allowing users to manage their own data. Your information in After Cloud is completely private. This means that we only share your data with the individuals you have personally selected to share information with.

Who has access to my personal information?

Your privacy and personal information is of our utmost importance. No one in the After Cloud team has access to your sensitive personal information, and we can only obtain the relevant data necessary to assist you to sign in to After Cloud.

How do I sign up?

We have made the sign up process very simple and easy to follow, simply click on one of the related links and we will guide you through the process.

How do I cancel my payment?

We have given everyone the option to have a free account before deciding to sign up but if you do decide to cancel post sign up, you can email our support team who will be able to assist you.

How do I send feedback?

There are various ways to send us feedback. Firstly, you'll receive a short survey just a couple of weeks following your registration, where you can give us your honest feedback. We also have a Facebook page, where there is a growing community of like minded individuals, which you can access here - Facebook or via our social media links below. We also plan to have a live chat facility, as well as a live Q&A via Clubhouse for those who use the platform.

What happens to my data when I die?

In the event of your death, your content will continue to be available indefinitely to anyone you have shared information with.

If you have a keep safe, all your information will be sent to your nominated next of kin or trusted third party upon the notification of your death.
